Our end user bought two Baxter oven DN-63 and DP-41(DP-41 is a vacuum oven). they need a re-calibration , however, we have no calibration brochure.
Could you please help me to find a service manual for Baxter oven DN-63 and DP-41.

Hobart, the parent company of Baxter are very picky with releasing manuals, diagrams, etc. Your best bet is go to the link below and create a user name and see if they give you access to the manuals.
You can remove the oven doors, hinges, control panel door, and top oven trim, if needed. That will definitely reduce the width enough to squeeze it in.
