The signal went off on my neptune front loader like my wash was finished. But, when I went to unload my washer water was coming out of the washer door. The tub had filled up w/ so much water we had to use buckets to catch all the water. Have had no such problem like this before. Any suggestions?

The max extract button will do an extra spin to get any & excess water out of the clothes. It is a good thing to keep on to help cut down on drying time. If you find standing water in the washer, it is possible the hose is NOT in the correct position.
It means that there is too much soap in the machine most of the time. Give it time for the suds to go down then try to run it through again. Try using a little less soap later on. Front loaders need less soap than top loaders.
Your inlet valve at behind top of machine is defective; or the pressure from your faucet is insufficient.
Close your faucet valve on wall & unscrew your hoses to check screens on hoses & machine. Clean out well. See that the water pressure is good. Refit, check for leaks. If this is not the problem change your inlet valve, it is easily done. Sites for spares: RepairClinic.com (which is good) espares.co.uk AppliancePartsPros.com
