West Bend recommends 2 cups of (medium coarse) ground coffee for 36 cups of coffee. It also states that theses measurements are for mild coffee. Add another 1/4 - 1/2 cup for stronger coffee. Assuming you have a model 58602, the only 22-cup urn listed on West Bend's parts site, the news isn't good. The parts page for that model says the stem is no longer available. Checking a few other parts links all turn up the same answer. You might try checking locally at thrift stores or on Craig's list to see if anybody has one available.

It's a percolator. Use about 1 heaping teaspoon of coffee per cup. Each coffee pot is different. You will have to adjust the amount of coffee for what you like.
