I got the snap n share underwater digital camera (26690) i downloaded the cd properly and followed all the instructions but i still cant get the pictures off. my computer makes the noise that its recognizing it. but when i go to look for it...nothings there....how do i get my pictures???

when you get this error it indicates that there is some problem with the software or the software is not installed the software correctly. so plz try uninstalling the software (snap&share) and also uninstall drivers (which should be dual mode camera). Then put in the software disc to ur computer and install the software.(while installing the software camera or usbcable should not be connected to computer)

This camera is not compatible with Mac Operating system, i only works with Windows. I am sorry...!!

input your model number of your camera on line at google ,then look for free program to download pictures

Try going to the manuafactures website first. They normally have manuals available. What is the model # of the camera, you can google it and should be able to get a link for manual
