1 Determine the amount of links that need to be removed for the watch to fit on your arm correctly.

mcdevito75 here, An expansion Band, if it is the scissors type band you may not be able to remove links, anyway to remove links you need a special tool available on ebay called a link remover tool, Best Bet, find a small watch repair shop in your area and have them remove the links, the cost of the shop doing it and getting the tool even off ebay is about the same.
