Samsung TV Lost the manual and my kids remove the batteries of my remote, now I dont rember how to do it. Myt TV is Samsung, give a hand to set up my remote ( I've got a Jensen remote , like the one in the picture, with the big on/on ...orange buttom on top) thx

Any one have the codes to the Mitsubishi TV ? I really need them bought a remote and my kids lost my manual , can someone please help

Take the seat off, then remove the right hand trim panel, there's a couple of screws under the seat and one on the side, the centre rear trim panel needs to be removed as well. There's a couple of locating pegs hidden underneath which are released by pulling the trim gently sideways. Once the trim is off you'll see the battery box with two 10mm locating bolts, the battery comes out to the side.  It's worth getting the remote cables from a battery Optimiser kit fitted when you refit the battery as the terminals can't be reached with the trims in situ. 

turn on tv set.... press the button set in remote control until light lit on then press power button again and again untill ur tv set off then press set..

i have an old solo tv - visa electronic remote that i would like to set up for my Hitron tv (samsung), but i lost the my book to help me set it.

press&hold DISPLAY button on hand set& VOLUME button on tv front cabinet. or turn on tv setpower switch while pressing & holding volume + & volume- button on front cabinat.the adjust menu is indicated with each parameter on the screen. hope this helps

Sooner or later you'll get to a point when not having a remote will get to be too annoying, so better get one now and take care of this problem. Also Emerson advice users not to use universals. Theres a way that might help you reset the system, i'm not sure it will reset the V-chip as well, but no harm trying. unplug the unit from the power line, and wait a good while before plugging it back. this resets some settings for sure, but it might be that the V-chip stores its settings differently. Then also check to see if there's any batteries supplying a small current for other settings memory, scour the face of the unit for a battery compartment and if you find one remove it for a while. Otherwise, you could try removing the V-chip. But i won't advice you to do that, opening tv's is kind of dangerous, and go find it in there... lol anyway, if you do manage to cancel it you wont be able to turn it back on, so unless you're content to keep the set in your bedroom locked, or let your kids have some fun, i suggest you go through the trouble of getting the remote. Maybe tell your kids that if they find the remote you'll go easy on them, let them watch some porn once in a while, you probably wont have to wait more then an hour before its in your hand, and find your lost golf clubs on the way... ;] good luck!
