Whirlpool lut..II you said....check the drive coupling between the motor and gearbox,does it make a clicking sound does it spin or just pump the water out only. But how do I get there. I can not find my owners manual...uggg Thanks Janine

The manual will never have this information.You have a machine that wont spin but will drain ,correct?The motor coupler is the most common repair if thats the case.Usually you can tell by pulling out the washer and looking at the floor under neath for fine black/white plastic shavings,almost like a powder that would be sitting right there on your floor.If you see this ,let me know.I'll say this for sure,If you are attempting to replace this your self ,I will guide you the best and fastest way through it,cause its not going to be easy.
