Hi, I have a logitech z-5500 and I have a problem that don't know it to resolve! What happens? I put it to sing and after a few minutes it doesn't play anymore, however the system remains turned on and also the digital controller.... Does someone know it how I have to do??? Thanks
Unplug the speakers from the mains and computer. Wait for 5-10mins, replug to mains and computer.
If this does not work, try reseating the audio card (while the PC is switched off and the speakers unplugged, or try using a different slot.
If neither works, it could be that your system is defective. Please see HERE about an RMA. Or you can eMail Logitech support at http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/logitech_en_amr.cfg/php/enduser/ask.php?
Hope that helps!

Do I connect the z-5500 to the computer (or to anything), but that happens? After some minutes that it sings him firm, after that the Controller Digital jams and is closed alone
Today I have looked at the boxes of the z-5500 those small and the PID it is: R628, after I have looked on my controller digital and the PID it is different. It is: R710. Could it also be this one problem?
