Hi i have connected the Samson G-track with my macbook. also i using Nicecast & Traktor for radio broadcasting. when i talk from Samson G Track my voice comes only from left speaker. I try the...

This is because the G Track's Mic signal is on the Left channel and the Instrument signal is on the Right channel. You are making a stereo recording when you should be making 2 mono recordings. Does Nicecast have an option to set the track to mono Left channel? Traktor should, but I haven't used it so I can't tell you where the option is. There's probably a Track Input drop-down or something like that.

I have a Onkyo TX-8222 receiver. Sound is ok for music but voices are very low. When two voices, one is very clear abd the other very low. What is the problem ?

You don't say what source(s) are affected. I'm guessing TV or Cable-TV is the problem because music with vocals has voices and you say it sounds ok. Your speakers have no clue whether a sound is a voice or music so that lets THEM out and your receiver doesn't know or care either.

In the modern multichannel world it's usually assumed your electronics are multichannel. This receiver is old-school stereo.

The Center channel is usually where voices are found but some systems (like yours) don't have a Center speaker so they have to be configured to share the Center duty with the front left and Right speakers. This isn't possible or even normally necessary in your case. WYSIWYG

The audio coming in from 'wherever' should be correctly mixed to 2-channels at the source or you'll probably be missing something. I'd look higher up the audio food chain for where the voices are being attentuated. If a cable box is involved I'd look at its audio settings regarding stereo mix-down

Wait, I just had an inspiring thought. Centered voices being mono in nature would partially cancel out if your two speakers were out of 'phase' with each other. Bass would also suffer. Make sure your two speakers are wired identically regarding the red and black (or plus and minus) conductors. If turning the Balance control fully to one side makes bass of voices sound louder you probably have a phase mismatch. Reverse the wiring on either speaker to match the other. There is no absolute right or wrong for phasing as long as they're all the same.

Audio output

I have the same issue if I connect my digial audio cable from the Yamaha receiver directly to the HDTV. But, I get all 6 speakers working when I connect the Yamaha receiver directly to the Comcast HD box (instead of TV).

Dual Voice-Coil
The unique Dual Voice-Coil design allows both left and right channel sound from just one speaker. Simply hook up both the left and the right channels to the special terminals on the speaker. Hook up one channel only, if the speaker is to be used in a conventional stereo set-up.
I found this on jamo site hope that will help you

No voice sound through speaker with DVD system, only music?

first check the settings on the audio menu of the dvd player. make sur it is set to 5.1 (if available) otherwise set it to stereo and your system should decode it.
assuming the second step is okay : as other dvd you play seem to work) it still may be that your unit is decoding stereo inputs just fine and 5.1 is not working properly....
so if adjusting audio settings in dvd play back menu dont work,
check that the cables to the satellite speakers are connected correctly and all plugged in soundly ( voice is high frequency,- coming from satellites - the garbled noises you hear are the base ( low freq) elements of voice which are coming from the bass box ( that the X.1 part of 5.1) and so that is obviously working. ,

Surround center speaker does not work

This is a 5.1 (6 Channel Technology) You should hear only the voice thro the center speaker. If the source you are playing is stereo, however the software splits the source its difficult to seprate the voice track, if the source is a DTS 5.1, then you should hear the voice only thro the center speaker. eg: when you play a DVD movie which is DTS 5.1 then you should hear only the voice track in the center speaker, if the dvd movie is just stereo then you will not hear any audio in the center speaker, while the other four speakers get output, this is the special effect in 5.1 ( 6 channel Output).
