For blurry picture, try rotating your antenna or repositioning it,as it is caused by reflections of signals.
for the purple spot, try shifting yur TV to another place in the room or repositioning it.

Problem with a colour display on Hisense tv

If your picures are all purple it means that the green colour is missing. TV colour is made up by mixing Red, Green & Blue. Removing Green leaving Red & Blue makes purple. Study the green colour circuit for a fault and confirm that the green gun inside the tube is working.

Fuzzy picture, oval shaped, scrolling up slowly

I would start by checking the large filter capacitors in the power supply. I can't be sure since I'm not seeing the set, but it sounds like you're describing AC ripple. In a 20-year-old set, some of those electrolytics will be drying out. A few replacements may take care of the trouble for you.

An oval-shaped rainbow-like colour pattern shows first, then, in a few minutes, picture starts to appear from the bottom and gradually extends towards the top thought never completely reach to top edge....

It May be due to one of several things. You could have some bad filter capacitors that are allowing electrical "noise" to disrupt the video, or there could be a bad solder connection or crack in the circuit board allowing a ground to "float", or there could be a problem in the Degaussing circuit, although that would be my last guess. I don't recall ever having that particular problem with any sets in my shop.
