Looks to me you can put in a variety of disks, But to make sure it is not just a disk that was in the sun or so, try it with a bought DVD. If that still giving problems, you could try to clean the laser, with a special cleaning CD / DVD.
Special if someone smokes in the car.

e020 error is of the main fuser unit u can solve it by press *28* then goto copier then function then clear and clear err dc-con err-hist jam-hist and pull both 1st and 2nd drawer now restart and when the screen is ok again restart then on main screen insert both drawers ur err will be removed -tushar sharma [email protected] -9403343433

Possible explanations and work-arounds based on various blood pressure monitors..net is if it has worked religiously like mine had and this error comes up, and the simple fixes below do not work, there is something internally wrong with the unit..there does not seem to be any customer reset or obvious fixes..contact the manufacturer for service..

The 'Err' message comes from the lens. Check to see that the aperture ring is correctly set on your lens.

GThis error is caused by a damaged Boot Record on your Hard Drive. The solution is to use your Restore Disk and Repair your system.

Get a cleaning CD and clean the head, needs to be done once 1-2 month
