Hello dcarr

Brand?
Model?

Thanks I'l try my best to solve your problem.
Well the device seems to be wired correctly since you can perform these tests and the freezer works.
Here are the installation instructions

Here is the product manual
http://www.bshextranet.com/files/techtoo...
I went throught the manual looking for a solution, only thing it says there is to give the error code to a tech @ bosch
Il let you know if I figure it out.
You can reset factory settings by
Simultaneously hold down the setup and alarm off buttons for 3 seconds
if the factory settings are reset:
an appliance which is switched off switches on
the uspoer function switches off
settings changes in setup modde are reset to factory settings.

If everything is plugged in correctly, then it is probably an internal problem.

Usually answered in minutes!
the error message is actually load 1, load 2 and load 3, very quickly
Just to confirm, I have run the diagnostics again and the error message is "Load 2"
the system was professionally installed and given the freezer works and the internal lights etc. on the fridge work I have to assume it is wired in correctly. No chance it is a setting I have overlooked?
It is a Bosch B30IR70NSP/03, 2008, type K1SDR3OUS. New, first time turn on. The mating freezer unit works fine, bothe professionally installed. The error message is Load 2
Thanks, I have tried the above and have the manual. The error "load 2" is what I am getting from the diagnostics, what I don't know is what that means.
