For whatever reason I can right click to copy something but I cannot right click to paste it. Im also not knowledgable enough to copy and paste using keyboard commands alone. My laptop is an Acer...

Hello Mauricesemai,
First I would like to know what are you trying to copy and paste? Is it something text or any file?
From Keyboard you can use ctrl + C to copy any text or file and Ctrl + V to paste it.

Let me know if you are satisfy with this or needed more details!

With regards

Starting Windows and Keyboard Problems

- that is why you are getting "Windows Boot Manager" is because your Operating System was already corrupted so if you have Recovery Disk you need to do clean install (re-installing OS again)

- you can also try to do One Key Recovery by powering off the computer then press the button sitting beside of the power (have a curve u)then you should be getting windows loading files but if not you should call Lenovo to ask Recovery Disk

- regarding your keyboard you need to contact Lenovo as well in order for them to replace your keyboard..just call 1-877-453-6686

The usb port seems to have broken

The USB jacks should just be soldered to the motheboard. How comfortable are you with using a soldering iron on a multi-layer printed circuit board that can easily be damaged if a bit too much heat or a bit too much force is applied while removing the old sockets or putting in the new ones. There is also the matter of first finding identical replacement USB jacks. You could also pay a PC repair shop to do the repair for you.

If you have an open memory card slot on the laptop, a USB adapter card like one of these may work out for you:

Just be sure you properly identify the memory/expansion slot type on the laptop and get a matching USB adapter card.

Pleaes post your feedback and Vote if the problem resolved as per your satisfaction.

Logitech wireless mouse

1) Have you turned the mouse ON? Most wireless mice have a switch to turn them on.

2) Have you tried replacing the batteries? Wireless mice require a lot of energy to work and will go through one set of batteries every week or two.

Pleae, report back to see if I can be of further assistance

Keyboard locked in upper case

Try reseating the key board.

Check whether the keys are stuck especially the shift, alt, caps lock.

Try uninstalling any software you installed for the keyboard and remove it from Device Manager (Click Start-Run-Type devmgmt.msc and click OK).

Reboot and see if that helps anything. Also, check the right shift and make sure it isn't stuck and check the keyboard settings in the Control Panel
