Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Error F 35 means Analog Pressure Sensor Failure- which means that there is a malfunction of the component detected by the Steamer Electronic Board.

1. Check that the pressure hose is fixed correctly.
2. Check that the air trap is not blocked.
3. Check that the hose is not blocked

If still the issue is not resolved then it is an issue with the water level pressure switch operation and there is a blockage in the air dome or pressure switch hose. The air dome is located on the back of the tub on the left hand side. If the pressure switch hose and the air dome are clear of any blockages, then there is an issue with the water level pressure switch. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or else post a comment for further assistance.

Thanks
Rylee

ANALOG PRESSURE SENSOR FAILURE
If this failure is displayed, there is any malfunction of the steamer
component detected by the Steamer Electronic Board.

Possible Causes/Procedure
Check if pressure hose is fixed correctly.
Check if the airtrap is not blocked.
Check if the hose is not blocked.

Make sure you are ONLY using HE SOAP!
Correct usage amounts are as follows:

Regular HE SOAP = 2 Tablespoons
2X HE SOAP = 1 Tablespoon
3X HE SOAP = 1 Teaspoon

The information on the soap usage comes directly from Whirlpool Tech Line.

SUDS LOCK (OVERDOSE OF DETERGENT DETECTED DURING THE
WASH CYCLE)

If suds are detected continuously by the pressure switch during the drain
or spin phases, the washer will fi ll 4 liters of water and during 5 minutes
the unit will rest without tumbling, the water will be drained and it will try
to spin or drain again.

Possible Causes/Procedure

If too much detergent was used:
Run through a RINSE/SPIN cycle.
Run a NORMAL cycle without adding any detergent.
This should clear the unit of the excess detergent.
Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
Unplug washer or disconnect power.
Check wire harness connections to the drain pump, pressure switch,
and Central Control Unit (CCU).
Check/clean drain pump filter of foreign objects.
Plug in washer or reconnect power.
Check drain pump.
Check the pressure switch.
Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic Test or any cycle.

Oh yeah the pump, if it has junk in it then these errors will sometimes pop up so...
it will not hurt to check it

We keep getting an f35 error on our Kenmore Elite front load washer. Even when we try to restart the load (no soap to rinse it) the SUDS and f35 errors come up. Any suggestions? I don't see f35 in the...

First of all, be sure you are using only HE detergant. Your drain filter is likely clogged and needs cleaned. On the front lower panel of the washer, remove the screws and panel. You will see a drain filter (about the size of a tennis ball). Before removing the drain filter you are going to need to hand bail the water out of your drum or all the water will run out when you remove the drain filter. Slid a plastic trash back up under the drain filter to help contain whatever water you could not bail out by hand. Remove the drain filter and clean it thoroughly. Replace the drain filter, replace the lower front panel and run a rinse and spin cycle. If sudsing error continues and you are using HE detergant, you may need to lower the amount of detergant you are using. However, 9 times out of 10, it is just the clogged drain filter.

I keep getting the error message F35. Can you tell me what that means?

The Central Control Unit detected a fault in the analog pressure switch but it could also indicate a draining problem. Check the link below to see what you can try to address the problem.

Error f35? What's the fix?

They can and fixed my washer today! The fix was the replacement of a switch. The item # was W10156252 for my washer. It is called a switch-WL. Item # may be different for your model. I was getting SUDS and F35 errors. To install it you just remove the top part of the washer and should be located at the upper right-hand side, attached to a black hose. The switch has a small computer board. The price of the swith is around $130. Fortunately I bought a 3-year warranty on my washer.

Error code F35

F35 is a water level error.
The water level switch (pressure switch) has malfunctioned.

If you remove the top panel, three screws in the back, you will have access to the pressure switch.

With the tub empty, remove the vinyl hose from the switch and blow backwards through the hose to clear any restrictions.

If the fault codes return after doing this, you will likely need to replace the pressure switch.

Also - please be sure to use He soap.

Keeps flashing F35, when unplugged and plugged back in flashes SUD, there is no soap in the machine. When trying to raise / spin or drain or any other cycle keep getting F35 flashing. This is a Kenmore...

F35 Is an electrical fault in the Control Board.
Try setting the machine on off.
Then remove the plug from the wall for 5minutes. this will usually reset the system and get you going if it is only a glitch in the electrical system.
If this fails to remedy the problem then you have what appears to be a failed control board.
The only way to be sure is to have it diagnosed by a hands on tech.
Or risk your money by swapping it out your self.
The problem is that usually when my customers try this, they end up spending part money and then a service call on top of their failed attempt.
