Rear right wheel makes a revelution noise but stops when I apply brakes

check the pad thickness as the noise may be from a tin scraper that is touching the rotor to let you know that you need a brake job.

Front right turn dragging/grinding noise

Possibly a broken wheel bearing. Have a mechanic check it out.

My girls elantra sounds like scraping metal when she drives its not the brakes i know what that sounds like i'm thinkin its the rotor how hard is it to repair? and how much am i looking at spending to...

Rotors are easy to replace, but I doubt that's the problem. What you need to do is jack up the car, take the wheel off, and see exactly what is scraping. It could be something simple like the splash shield touching the rotor. This is easy to bend back--10 minutes, problem solved. Sometimes, if it's on a drum brake, rust will build up on the drum to the point of scraping the back plate. Again, easy to solve by knocking the rust plates off the drum. OK?

I Just bought a set of 18'' wheels for my 04' Mustang, and when ever I turn my wheel all the way to the left or right I hear a scrapeing sound like it's rubbing against something.... my old wheels were...

Yup they are too big...
The tires are scraping the wheelwell behind the front wheels.

Turn wheels to the far right and inspect the back of the left tire. It is worn. Now look at the right wheel, you will see the scraping tire on the wheelwell.

Your speedometer is also wrong. You are going FASTER than the speedometer shows.
This is called "bear bait" ...
If your speedometer is showing 35mph , then you are actually travelling 40mph or so...

You have also changed the effect of the drivetrain gear ratios. They are now "higher" ... better fuel economy ... worse muscle power transfer to wheels... and greater stress...
Add airbags...
Hope this helps...

Scraping from back wheel

Probably nothing to worry about, new brake pads take a little time to adjust. If the problem doesn't go away within a few hundred miles, then I would have a look at the brake job

Rear scraping sound, Also when placed on lift and in gear (all wheel drive) the rear left wheel does not spin

Take it in for proper diagnosis - that's not supposed to happen in an 'ALL WHEEL DRIVE' - all WHEELS ARE SUPPOSED TO TURN.

Scraping Sound When Turning Left and Right & Steering Locks Up

Careful - a long time ago there was a recall on Toyota's T100 steering wheel shaft. It could fracture - and might cause the problem you seem to be having.

Right rear is making a sound of medal scraping medal. I believe it maybe the wheel bearings.

If it's a scraping sound, when does it happen? If it's when you hit the brakes, then it's likely your rear brake pads/shoes are down to the metal and are scraping. This can happen when you're not hitting the brakes, however. Bad wheel bearings are usually a moaning/roaring sound that increases as road speed increases. Ditto that for differential bearings - if they go out, you usually get a roaring noise that increases the faster you go.
