Everytime I plug the mp3 in the computer turns on, but then turns stuck, what can I do?

Maybe this will help - error checking and defraging:
If your mp3 shows up under My Computer when connected via a USB cable, right click on "'mp3 name', select 'Properties', under 'Tools', run 'Error Check' and 'Defrag'. If you can't find the defrag that way, put out the question of how to defrag your model.

Eclipse mp3 player 4g wont charge

Try this. Turn your computer off. Plug in the mp3 via usb port with player in the on postion. Turn the computer back on. You should a large green battery symbol on the screen flashing left to right. Took me about 3 days of finally fiqure it out. Also try different USB ports if you have more than one. Good Luck

Everytime i turn it on, it trys to update and gets stuck at 20% then when i plug it into a computer it freezes up and wont work.

Please try to make reset your device, at first soft reset then if it didn't help do the repair device using recovery mode. These steps are written very clearly and simply at this Philips website:

My mp3 sansa won't turn on or charge.

If it freezes up, wont charge or just wont turn on... slide the power button up for 15-20 seconds then turn it on. That should work everytime. good luck

is there a reset butten somewhere on it well if it is then get a paper clip and un bend it a press rest and then turn on your sandisk sansae260 and see what it say and maybe that will sovle your problem Have a great happy fun day
