To help you in determining which of the many chargers that you have will work for your Durabrand DUR7 Portable DVD Player with Screen, the first you have to look for is which among them has a plug that will fit the jack of the Durabrand.

Second is to determine if the voltage is appropriate for the Durabrand. Often, the charger would have some notation on its label that would say something like 110~240VAC, 6VDC, 500mA. What is important are the numbers in bold. Similarly your Durabrand would have something like them in its label (often at the bottom either on a sticker or on the plastic casing). In some instances, it is printed near the jack.

Matching the ?VDC and the ?mA of the charger and the unit should be enough basis.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.

How do i turn on the web cam

The web cam is turned on in a particular application, like WINDOWS MESSENGER, which will have tools to actually turn on the CAM. It depends on what application you want the CAM to open up in, but it doesn't just "run" or "turn on" without some other application running that will use it, like SKYPE, or PALTALK or FACEBOOK.

I have a mORSE 6500 WHICH WAS MADE BY TOYOTA AND i have no idea how to install cams nor what tension setting or stitch length I would need

The tension will depend on the material (knit, heavy denim, etc). See this pdf for a description of testing and setting the tension: . Most of my sewing is on double knit fabric and I start with the tension on 4. (Turn the knob to the right to get a higher value and tighter tension). The stitch length depends on the material if you are basting (for test fitting or prior to installing a zipper, for example) or if you are sewing the seam. Basting uses a long stitch, about 5-6 mm (4-5 stitches per inch). Most seams for a mid-weight fabric use a stitch length of 3-3.5 mm (8-9 stitches per inch). See Table 1 here: for more details.

To insert the cams, open the top of the machine and identify the fixed cams in the machine. If another specialty cam is installed, you may need to remove it to put in another cam. My machine (a Singer) only has space for one specialty cam at a time. The cams are labeled with the stitch that they provide and the stitch indicator faces up on the cam stack. (For my machine that means that the tall ring of the cam is up.)

A You-tube video of using the Morse 6500 is available: .

I hope this helps.

Unit was working for a couple of months. Then I noticed some cracking sound coming from it then the sound stopped coming through. It came back for a few minutes then it has not worked since. This is all on...

sorry, but from your description i dont think there is much help for your sub. unless its new and under warranty. that sounds very typical of a dead sub. i have had a bad run in with sony products just quiting only after a few years. i try to stay away from anything with the word sony on it. a short list of the sony products that i can rememdying only after a year or so cd boom box (3 of the same one) sony 19" tv, sony handi cam (video camera two weeks after warranty peroid), component cd player, alarm clock radio.... the list is longer but i will stop. sorry for your trouble.

I have a canon ixus digital camera. i just kept for charging the cam. after that it didn't work.

I don't understand your description of the problem. If you are trying to charge the camera battery in the camera (using USB lead?) then this won't work. The battery for this camera must be removed from the camera and charged in the separate battery charger that was supplied with the camera. If you bought the camera second-hand and didn't get the charger, you must buy a replacement. They can be bought on Amazon.

Sharp view cam

This style camcorder has an adapter that feeds off of the battery charger...the charger plugs into the wall on top of the charger you place the battery and if you look on the front of the charger you will/should have an outlet that looks like two holes. This charger should have come with an adapter that looks like the battery only it is attached to a cord. You should than be able to open the battery compartment and insert the corded (battery) and presto it works...if you do not have one you can contact

Cannot find the DC socket on my camcorder to plug the battery in and charge it

Many of hte Sharps used a cable that had teh DC socket at one end and a "battery" at the other end. The part that goes to the camera actually looks like a battery with wires coming out of the top. What model do you have? I can provide a better description and perhaps a part number for a replacement.

I know this sounds like a no-brainer, but do you have the battery installed in the camera? Also, plug the camera into the charger until it is completely charged. It is completely charged when the blue LED on the dock stops flashing. Or, if you are charging it by AC adapter, just keep it plugged until the blue LED on the camera stops flashing.
