I bought the samsung SGH-J600V phone yesterday.
I am curently trying to install/run the cd software that came with it. I have put the CD into the CD driver but nothing is coming up. If you could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

You can download the Software Driver of you Samsung Rugby SGH-a837 through this website http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/SGH-A837DKAATT
And follow this 3 Easy Steps
1. Click on the Software Link (See Image below)
2. Click on the "cd" icon that says "EXE"
3. After downloading run the application
run again your pc studio cd software installer.. by default, it will play and give the swf home page where there is an option for install usb driver. select install usb driver in order to install your usb driver but before installation disconnect your phone from pc and remove the usb cable. once it's installed, right click your PC studio and select open automatically when device is connected. >>on your phone, select settings,select settings for your pc connections, check ask for connections and reconnect your phone.
You need to use the CD that came with your mobile phone. First Instal the relative software from SAMSUNG's CD and then plag the USB connection and start using it.
If you dont have this CD search into Google for the said software or check SAMMSUNG's web site.

you have to run the cd that comes with the phone to install the drivers onto the pc then put your usb lead into phone and pc then select mass storage device hope that helps
what u have to do is if you got any CD with that insert it in your CD-ROM and run the set up like NOKIA PC SUITE and then import that data cable which you got with your cell phone in USB port and then install through that software which you have installed from your cd it will work might be ...

I had this problem with a different samsung and the shop i got it from said i had a virus, i then rang samsung and they told me to downloads re-mapping software that comes on phones cd and reset it all. since then it has been fine.
cd thatcome with phone, didnt work on my pc, i have windows vister, icant load any data onto phone. drive'n me NUTSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
