Windows files are probably corrupted. Do a clean install of the operating system or bring it to a technician to do it for you.

Physical memory dumping when l start to play gta

providing the actual dump message will greatly increase the chances of a correct diagnostic of the problem. (yes the message actually tells us why it goes to physical mem dump) other than that i'd check the fans and fins for dust buildup (causes overheating)

I have Dell inspiron 1525. Anytime the Blue Screen comes on which "Physical Memory is dumping" such message comes and system restart itself. I have tried Windows XP, Vista and Win-7. Same problem occures...

Most 1525s have 2 ram modules, try them one at a time see if anything changes. If not then try this:

A blue screen pops up something about a crash dump

sounds liek you installed some hardware the pc did not like. plossibly memory that is not supported or video card that is not supported (some thing that a core item to the pc operation).
If this is not the case, one of these core items is faulty it sounds like. Another possibility might be some corrupted software like the OK throwing up kernal errors (blue screens). I would try to boot in safe mode to see if it happens there. If so, you will either have a hardware issue or OS one.. try the repair installation to see if it helps any. after that is looks like some hardware swapping.. hope that helps
