Nokia 72 is not recognized by the computer.

I just bought Nokia N72 two days ago. When I tried to connect my phone to the computer it was not identified by the computer although the USP devise is working properly as it is shown in the property .What is the solution?

    i have reinstalled pc suite...then also system doesnt recognise my phone..msg comes as usb not recognised..:(

    wen I connect using bluetooth,it works but with my ca-53 usb cable there is no connection whatsoever

First check if the PC suite comes with ur mobile phone when bought or not ? If it is, then check if u have installed the driver ??

In my experience in N 72 this problem does not cause. So, try this ,....remove battery and press the power button by reinsert the battery.Because after we flash phone automatically it will change the phone mode to local/test.Even if there is no effect contact mobile repairing shop.Good luck

sir plz install the n72 pc suit to the computer.and then connect the data cable from phone to the pc to transfer the files [or] change the data cable for proper connectivity from phone to the pc.................

HI,

firstly install nokia pc suite 7 or above version, connect ur phone via bluetooth or data cable then click on connect to internet option.
u ll see "one touch access" window.enter in setting select ur operator then click on connect.definetly ur mobile ll be connect thrugh internet.

A .sis file can easily get installed on your Nokia N72, what you need is to download a Nokia PC Suite that will provide you with an option to install applications on your phone.Connect your phone to the PC,make sure the PC recognizes the phone and then run the .sis file and follow the instructions given.

MY NOKIA 72 MEMORY CARD IS NOT GETTING FORMATTED.
please remove your card from the phone and put it into a memory card reader. connect this to the computer and then format it .this should get formated easily . if not then manually delete all the files by connecting the card reader to computer..

Nokia N 72 and PC connection not possible
Please insert the cd which came along with the phone and insall the driver for the phone.

also please check if the software is compatible with the operating system, if not please goto www.nokia.com and download the revlevent driver from the support page of N72.

Bluetooth handsfree connectivity
Bluetooth handsfree profiles are needed by N 72 which is missing by default in N 72 you will have to install bluetooth profiles. Please refer to nokia website for details on how to install bluetooth profiles

Nokia n 72 software installation problem
Nokia N72 Built with Symbian operating system 60 series. Some times older S60 softwares cannot be supported. Remember N72 supports SIS installation files But also support some sis files. the difference you can able to notice SIS and sis. Try to install SIS files rather than sis. Upon my knowledge N72 supports most of the sis older installation files which supports 3650,6600,7610 Nokia mobiles
