Check your element when you turn on your oven also you can do a continuity test to assure that there are no break spots in the element the next thing to check would be your oven tempreture sensor usually small metal rod along top with two wires hooked through the back wall of the oven if you look in your manual should give you for a spec and you can do an ohms test on the sensor if the sensor fails from what the spec states replace the sensor when checking the element make sure the element glows red other then this you would have to go into the back panel of your oven and do some power tests and comparing that to your tech sheet that the write amount of power is going to the right places check element and temp sensor first please remember to rank how this opinion has helped in your appliance situation and if there are any futher questions please message me back have a great day
