I have samsung SCH-F699 mobile phone and connected with pc suit & USB drivers in my computer having windows XP operating system. But when i connect my CDMA SCH-F699 mobile to my computer,it saying unregistered device model has been connected..communication cannot proccessed. Pls help how to register.

Most probably is that your driver is not for the operation system that you now have in use..for example you used to have a Xp installed and now you have windows 7 or Vista ..so ...what you have to do is look for an update on the Samsung support site ..for your model of phone ..and the operation system you use...or ..try this software ... Samsung pc studio ..and usually it works with all windows and all samsung phones that has a usb cable ..

You should try to download new pc suite from its respective site and if not available then
use the XP driver file, if you have it by locating the driver manually while installing.

if i got you right you want a pc suite for your sumsung phone. You can try (sumsung SCH-B239 pc suite free download) with google search engine and it will give you sites where you can download.

i've installed samsung pc studio 3.1.3 but the samsung svh-F699 cdma mobile phone can't detect(connect) with this. pls give me proper solution which i can solve from inernet...........

Connect your Phone to PC using USB cable. Windows XP/Vista have the ability to detect the phone and display the phone memory and Memory card as disk drives in My Computer. Search for the folder named mp3. Just copy and paste music files into this folder.
Alternativelyyou can use the samsung PC suite to do this for you

Just follow the following steps:
1) Locate the USB port of your Nokia N72 phone. See Manual if needed.
2) If your mobile phone has a USB Data Cable supplied, connect the end that matches the hub while connect the USB end to your USB port of your PC.
3) If your mobile phone has a CD supplied, this contain the PCSuite software bundled with drivers for your PC operating system.
4) Insert the CD to your CDRom drive.
5) After step 4, you will see a window saying install PCSuite then choose Yes.
6) Choose which operating system. If you use Windows 98, then choose the driver for Windows 98.
7) After installation, reboot/restart tour PC to complete the setup process but never disconnect yet your USB Cables from your mobile phone to PC.
8) Once restarted click on the icon of the PCSuite on your PC, then check if your PC can communicate with your mobile phone and vice versa. To do this click connect via USB if the datas in your mobile phone is seen then connection is correct.

If your problem is USB Driver for Windows 98, i suggest you upgrade your PC operating system to Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Old operating platforms have driver problems when new devices are attached to. But if you choose Windows 98, you will have to browse the internet in search of drivers. Just let me know if you have not found a driver. I'll assist you with this.
