You can download it from the Dell Official website, (click here) and again click "Download" button, once you click the "Download", another window will open up with two download options, from there click the bottom "Download" button.

You have to be absolutely sure you are downloading the correct display drivers for your system. The dell installers are very picky.

You'll have to search around but all your drivers are in intel's website. Except for one, and thats your media reader, you'll have to use to one supplied on your recovery disk that came with the D400A.
