I am fairly certain I fixed my problem - I know this post is old, but maybe it will help another. The Logic main board found under the connector tray will have three ribbon cables on the bottom leading out to the lower buffers. I replaced it with a second hand one from ebay and the lines have been gone for days. It's a Samsung board, and common in several TV's, so getting your hands on one shouldn't be hard.
can you be more specific? or add some picture links?
Sorry I sold this TV about six months ago and don't have a way to look up the board. If you're looking for a place to start swapping boards the logic main is where I would start.

Sounds like your TV is giving out, plain and simple.
If this doesn't sound right, then only one thing comes to mind. Have you moved the TV recently? Are you using a different coax cable, (if using cable that is). If so, just change the cable back to the previous one and you should be fine.

I've got the same problem but with a little more information- TV works for hours (5 or 6) then I get the white lines for two to three minutes, then it clears up but sharp angles and color changes have a blocky apearence on the screen as if it were in 8 bit. I thought it was an over heating issue because of the amount of time so I stripped it all down cleaned up the fans and otherwise checked for hot spots with a thermal scanner, no problems found. I ran it again and about 5 to 6 hours later same experience. If I turn the TV off and back on it's good for another 5 or 6 hours. Still thinking it was an overheating Y sus board I pulled the heatsink off and heated it up with a heat gun and it wouldn't fail. I checked all the boards in the same way and it's not an over heating problem. I still think it's the Y sus board because of the horizontal lines but I can't find one on ebay to test it, and I don't want to spend a hundred plus dollars on a hunch. Saying the TV is failing is not helpful this is a DIY board so I'm looking for help so I can do it myself.
