1. Contact Masterlock.com and fill out the form, get it notarized and send it in for the combination to unlock it based on the S/N which is on the lock.(http://www.masterlock.com/faq/LostCombinations/). Good luck on this since Masterlock will end up finding something that will prevent them from giving you the combination. Its quite frustrating and NOT worth the trouble.
2. Go to home depot. Buy a 24in bolt cutter ($22) cut the stem of the lock. and replace with a new lock that you can buy from home depot for $ 29.00. If you have a key that is inside the lock box that you really need, You will now need to drill out the combinations piece by piece and the door will pop open or send the lock back to Masterlock. They will retrieve the key for you and send it back.
Set the lock on 999, push the buttons on the latches to the outside. If that doesn't work, roll the last number from 9 to 8 and try again. Then roll it to 7 and keep trying, rolling the last number down to 0. Then roll the middle number from 9 to 8, and move the LAST number to 9, and start the whole thing again. When you get to the end of that, roll the middle number on down to 7 and the LAST number on down to 9. Keep doing this until it unlocks (note the numbers at that point to remember!), or, you may have to go on down through the first numbers as well. You only have 1000 possible combinations. That sounds like a lot but if you are watching TV while you are mindlessly rolling a number wheel and then pushing the latches out, it's not too bad, only about an hour ... your thumbs will get sore. :-(
Open the lock and take the end cap off (on the side that doesn't say "Master") and then the wheels. Make sure the red markers are aligned with the word "Master," then slide the wheels you want to use back on, spelling out your combination in alignment with the red markers. Slide the end cap back on and close the lock. Your combination will be set.
Note: if there are no red markers, there should still be metal protruding a bit where the markers should be. It will look a bit like the metal has been embossed.

If you do not have the combination, try to contact the manufacturer directly. There may be a serial number on the lock that they can match the combination to.
If that does not work, you will need to contact a locksmith.
had your looking for a combo, throw it out. no way to find the combo for it. serial only refers to the model of the lock. its like asking for a part for " my ford truck " not enough info.
If you have the change key, you can insert into the lock and make a new combination. Only the Change Key witll allow you to change combination.
