Dear user,
I believe, every time you insert any media (image, voice) with the message it becomes MMS. That means it is not simple text message anymore. The reason of this being failed is that you don't have MMS settings turned on.
The best way to do is to call your cellular company and ask them so send you MMS settings. Once you installed them you will be able to send MMS to your friends and family members.
first you need to get your email add go to your FB using phone click upload picture you will see your email add. get it write to paper or any material to save it. go to message select mms new mms then add photos, enter your email add and send make sure you have a load.
you have to call your network provider and ask for the mms settings first, once you saved it on your phone, you'll be able to send/receive mms. if you've already done this, go back to the mms you're sending and do check on its details, see if the file you attached is too large to be sent, also see if it requires you to have a "subject and a message" before sending it. it does vary on how the settings for you mms goes actually.
hi, you need the mms settings on your cell. so the best way is to call your service providor, and they can send you the settings via sms. all you have to do is save the msg, and mms will be activated
In order to activate MMS settings you are required to call your vodacom customer care and ask them what sms you have to send in order to receive mms settings. Once you get the settings save them on your phone and make it default settings. Switch off your mobile take out your sim for 02 minutes and restart your mobile with sim inside it. Now you are ready for sending or receiving mms.
