REPLACE THE DEVELOPER ASSEMBLY TONER SENSOR.REPLACE THE SUB HOOPER TONER SENSOR,OR DC CONTROLLER

Probably one of the sensors on the papers way through the machine is out of position,or not working

you are not very clear in you problem but i think that maybe you have to make the firmware first of the copier and than if does not work change the hdd and again firmware.

When I turn the power button on, it doesn't complete loading and the saying said "shutdown" and context the service provider on this error code E000732-0001.can any body help me with my problem

this is error code for abnormal temperature rise in fixing section.
You can try to reset error in service mode, but if the problem persist you need to change the fixing film unit.

To reset the error:

1) Press the asterisk key " * " on the control panel.
2) Press the 2 and 8 keys of the keypad at the same time.
3) Press the asterisk key " * " on the control panel.

Choose: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.
Turn off and back on.

that is about toner,
- may be toner was empty (the first you must try) after you fill the toner, you must turn off and on again.
- toner sensor was loose or broken (second trial )
- toner motor was not work.(the last)

how do you know the hard drive is bad? Do you get a error code E601-001 ? You can just buy a 20G HD, but you are going to have to get Flashed or programed with the running system.... Did you look on line?
