If you know how to diagnose which of the components on the PCB are faulty, it should be quite simple to find them at your local electronics store. Simply see the specifications of the faulty components on the PCB and buy similar parts. If you are looking for replacement capacitors, I'd recommend 35V or even 50V instead the usual 16V, as these last longer.
However, as ginko said, Protron (now called SpectronIQ) don't sell replacement parts. However, you may be able to find a second hand piece off eBay and use its parts..

You can probably go to your local electronics store and order the parts from them, Radio Shack would be able to help you with this for sure or the tv manufacturer itself, or even a different tv manufacturer.
