Hi,it should be underneath of your battery.. Pls take the battery off and look carefully for a tiny slot that SIM goes into..

what i suggest for you to do is insert the sim card into your old phone and transfer all the contacts into the sim card. after that insert the sim card into your new phone and find the option wher eyou can copy the contacts in the sim into your phone.

if that does not work then that means the sim card cannot store contacts.

another option is to place the sim card in your old mobile and write down all the numbers that you NEED on paper and then later type it all down on the new phone.
