Assuming this is vista who knows what the problem is I would notify hp as this unit is certainly in warrenty and it may have issues that need resolving at a higher level liek a new motherboard etc. I think a restore from your disks woul dbe a good place to start then see if it happens after the auto updates are installed.
hope this helps

The ie is not responding

This may be caused by a Third party addon. Please reset the IE settings to disable add-ons:
1. Close any IE or Windows Explorer windows that are currently open.

2. Open a new IE window.

3. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

4. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.

5. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.

6. When Internet Explorer finishes restoring the settings, click Close, and then click OK.

7. Close IE. (The changes will take effect the next time you open IE.)

On facebook games ,i used to play any game i wanted but now only certain games load ,how do i fix this problem with such as farmville, ponzi inc

First, try to access your account in a different internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera) or different computer, if you can access the other games, then the problem could be the internet browser that you are using.

You need to try optimizing your internet browser. Here's how:

* For Internet Explorer version 6
1. Open IE6 > Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click the Delete Cookies button and Delete History.
3. Click on OK > Close and re-open your IE6.
4. Try accessing your e-mail account.

* For Internet Explorer version 7
1. Open IE7 > Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click the "Delete" button under the Browsing History option.
3. Delete the Cookies, Internet Files
4. Click on OK > Close and re-open IE7
5. Try accessing your e-mail account.

* For Mozilla FireFox
1. Open Firefox > Tools
2. Select "Clear Recent History"
3. Select Cookies, Cache, Browsing and Download History.
4. Close and re-open Firefox
5. Access your e-mail

Good luck!
