Yes, it's fixable, the speaker and the silicone contact has to be replaced.

My GPX tv/dvd combo is making an intermitent 'buzzing' sound, anyone know how to fix it?

Is the sound coming from the speakers? (do you hear it with the sound turned off)

Either an audio problem if heard only with sound up or if a buzz with sound off it is a coil or transformer on the circuit board vibrating hard enough to produce the noise.

Both are fixable but require different tactics to resolve.

No sound ...volume graphic is working on screen however...will remote speakers work if not fixable?

everything is fixable the remote only sends a signal to the tv to do what ever you want it to do if there is no sound from the tv then the remote wont work the sound either but an easier solution is to fit external speakers to the tv most older sets with have ext sockets then problem solved a pair of cheap speakers or hook up a 5.1 system for better sound quailty.

My motorola v3i has developed a sound problem- voices sound as if they are vibrating slightly. Can this be fixed?

Unfortunately i don't think it can be...Sorry. My guess is your phone is slightly old and/or you play the music at 80-100% of the full volume. The speakers have gone bust hence the vibrating sound. You could still try but till date i've not seen anyone being able to get this fixed because the service centre doesn't provide new speakers for phones

Sound fluxuates, crackling sound samsungTX-R3079WH sound goes up and down automaticly

If the sound FLUCTUATES up & down, try turning off the AutoVolume in the sound menu. You didn't say if it's one or all speakers crackling. Crackling is either a speaker or circuitry issue. Adjust the balance away from the speaker that crackles, if it stops, that speaker is probably "fried". If it still crackles, I'd turn off the speakers and run the sound thru a stereo for the quick, cheap fix. My Samsung (10+ years old to be fair) crackles due to a circuit issue but if I SMACK the left side speaker (behind which is the sound board and side panel connectors) it stops for a while. Maddening. I think I broke it squeezing it into the furniture it's in, pressing on the protruding RCA plugs. Dumb design.

Vibrates when shound turned up, tried different sound modes, it is the bass that is a problem deep voices etc

Rattling speakers on a LG TV is fixed by placing a small square rubber between the speakers and the chassis.

Of course the speakers will need to be replaced too
