Follow these steps to find the page count number in the print driver.

  1. Depending on your operating system, follow one of these steps:
    • Windows XP : Click Start , and then click Printers and Faxes .
    • Windows Vista : On the Windows taskbar, click the Windows icon (how do i get a - c01319360.gif ), click Control Panel , and then click Printers .
    • Windows 7 : On the Windows taskbar, click Start ( ), and then clickDevices and Printers .
  2. Right-click the icon for your product, and then select Properties from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click the General tab, and then click Printing Preferences .
  4. Click the Basics tab, and then click About .

T632 reset count

Enter diagnostic mode:



1. Turn the printer off.
2. Press and hold the Go and Return buttons.
3. Turn the printer on.
4. Release the buttons when Performing Self Test displays on the operator panel.

Once you're in diagnostic mode, go to Printer Setup > Page Count.


To reset the maintenance page count to zero:

1. Select Reset Maintenance Count Configuration menu.
2. Pressing Select resets the maintenance page counter to zero.

Reset Maintenance Count Saved displays momentarily. When the reset operation is complete, the menu returns to the Printer Setup Reset Maintenance Count screen.

Need page count

To get the page count on a Deskjet 5550:

- Hold down the Power button.
- Press the Resume button 4 times (without letting go of Power).
- Let go of the Power button.

A self test page will print out containing the page count.

Hp 1020 printer total page count information

Hi, what operating system are you using? In Windows XP you can view the page count by doing the following:

- Go to the printer's Properties window (click the Start button, go to the Control Panel and click on Printers and Faxes, right click on the printer and choose Properties).
- On the General tab, click Preferences.
- On the Basics tab, click About.

You can see the page count in the About window, toward the bottom.

How do I reset the maintence kit counter for an Infoprint 1532?

This is a lexmark based machine with IBM logo's

---- Option 1 ----
To enter the Diagnostic Mode:
1. Turn the printer off.
2. Press and hold the Go and Return buttons.
3. Turn the printer on.
4. Release the buttons when "Performing Self Test" displays on

This counter is reset by the servicer after a "80 Scheduled
Maintenance" message displays (300K copies) and a maintenance
kit is installed.
To view the Maintenance Page Count:
1. Select Maintenance Count Value from the diagnostic menu.
2. Press Return to go to the previous menu.
To reset the Maintenance Page Count to zero:
1. Select Reset Maintenance Count. Pressing Select causes the
maintenance page counter to reset to zero.

My vaio notebook does not recognize my hp1020

Compare the specs of the notebook to the system requirement of the printer... Usually its memory. If so, then you have to add memory to your notebook... Also some requires a higher screen resolution... increase resolution of needed.
