We have had a terrible problem with dirty dishes after cycle since getting this dishwasher as a warranty replacement for a Maytag Jetclean (that worked WONDERFULLY but completely blanked out one day). I can't say I have a great answer for you, but our problem is apparently that there is not enough water for the cycle. This varies from time to time it seems like. We have good pressure in our home and good pressure going to the dishwasher, so the problem is possibly valves??? I don't know, we are waiting to see if this will fix the problem. We also have an element that glows and smells hot (could be due to low water also. These are the things I know--perhaps you could make sure you have good water pressure all the way up to the dishwasher to eliminate a water line problem.
SOURCE: Not cleaning dishes.
check if some dirt got in the arms of the washer as sometime this will slow the flow of water and not allow the pressure to clean the dishes well

Hi
The issue seems to be with the float switch assembly that is bad and should be replaced. Float assembly is found inside the dishwasher's tub, on the bottom. The water that fills your dishwasher lifts the float, and when it reaches a certain level, it acts as a trigger for the float switch. The float triggers the float switch to shut off, thereby shutting off the flow of water into the dishwasher. A defective switch may interfere with your dishwasher's filling and/or draining ability.Use your voltmeter to test the switch. Set the device to the ohms setting x 1. Take each probe and touch them to one switch terminal each. This should produce a reading of either zero or infinity. Continue to touch the probes to the terminals, and press down on the switch's button. The reading should change to the opposite extreme. If your switch fails either of these tests, you should replace it. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.
