I just received the stainless steel men.s watch. 233TTM, and cannot get the band to adjust in size. It will not release to move to the correct slot. Also the latch will not stay closed to fasten on arm. How can I get this repaired. [email protected]

You need to know the MM size of the spring bar, yu may find that on the strap if its the original strap.
