The battery located at the front bottom of the bike.

This is completely and utterly wrong - so wrong that it should be removed. The battery is accessed through a panel on the BOTTOM rear of the exercise bike. It is the only metal panel visible on the bottom, secured by 4 x 1/4" hex bolts.Special thanks to Jack Reichman who just wasted a half hour of my time following his misguided instructions.
This is where we finally found our battery. Not behind the screen, not under the back end, we had to take the whole right side panel and pedal to get to it. Seems like they changed the model but have kept the same model number for years.

SOURCE: hello my lifecycle 9500hr doesn't work
Clean your battery terminals with rubbing alcohol then if it still doesn't work buy new a new battery. It may be running low.
SOURCE: the Lifecycle 9500HR does not
I have the same issue. Can someone tell me where the battery is located? Is it in the control panel or in the base? Are replacements easy to find?
