How can i fix my psp?

If the screen is blurred and the colors have run together, it means that the screen has been broken. This can occur without breaking the glass cover. Replacement is the only option.

The LCD screen itself is broken. You'll either need to A) send it in to Sony, or B) buy a screen repair kit online.

This is a tipical flyback defect circuit, the lines can 1st appear on top/bottom of screen, then can increase to center. Send monitor to repair center, for check and repair. You can test with a tv test signal.

It sounds like the PSP LCD screen is faulty and requires replacing. It is not too expensive to fix. Have a look at our site. We might be able to help you out.

hmm have you recently droped your psp? is there sound or any signs of it working but you just cannot see the screen?

if so it looks like you will need a new screen.

It's not hard change the LCD screen, the hardiest part is disassembly the PSP, but if you are not experienced in eletronics is better find a repair shop.
