Update driver & use reginout regcleaner it will fix ur problem

im not sure where this pc is sold but from what ive found it seems to be asia/pacific and this seems to be the home site for their support. hope this helps

sir try copying all the files in the installation disk to your hard drive then run the installation in where you copy your file... probably just a read disk error... if you have successfully copied all the files means disk is still working... if you get an error chances are the installation disk is damaged or your disk drive have a problem.
