Check your defrost timer. It may be bad.

recommended replacment time is 3 months and the computer knows it was replaced 3 months ago and has counted down the time the reset button was last pressed and determined its been 3 months. Depending on water quality in your region it may not need to be replaced unless the in door water or ice taste funny or the water dispenses slowly through the door because the filter was clogged and having a hard time having water pass through it.

The condensate drain that takes the defrost water out of the fridge is blocked.
Pour some warm soapy water down the freezer drain and this may clear it

a plugged or frozen drain is a common problem that occurs from time to time in just about all refrigs. Folllow theses directions and it will probably not occur again for 2-3 years.

• Unplug refrigerator
• unload food from freezer
• remove icemaker if present (there are 3 screws remove the one on the bottom and loosen the 2 on top of icemaker then lift it off the 2 screws unplug from wiring harness)
• remove 2 screws holding rear cover in place
• move cover to the side or remove from unit altogether
• defrost any and all ice from bottom of freezer and aluminum drain pan that is now exposed
• flush drain hole that you will see once ice is cleared with warm water. (sometimes I use a large syringe or turkey baster to forcefully flush hot water thru the drain tube)
  
• reassemble in reverse order

Take out all shelves and accessories that can be removed. Wash these thoroughly with a mild detergent (dish washing liquid and warm water) and rinse thoroughly. Allow them to air dry completely.
* Wipe the inside walls of the refrigerator and freezer down completely with a solution of 1 quart warm water and 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Wipe the walls completely dry.
* Leave the doors standing wide open. Use a fan to circulate air through the cabinets for several hours to completely dry the inside walls. After several hours, turn the fan off.
* Replace the shelves in the refrigerator. Place shallow trays of one of the following deodorizers on the shelves of the refrigerator and freezer:
o Baking soda
o Activated carbon (used in aquarium filters, can be obtained at a pet store)
o Cat litter
o Fresh and unused coffee grounds (this may leave a coffee smell that would dissipate after several days)
* After 24 hours, plug in the refrigerator and allow it to cool for several hours with the deodorizer still in place. Once cooled to normal operating temperature, remove the trays of deodorizer and put your food back into the refrigerator and freezer.
* Keep some cereal size bowls of a deodorizer in the freezer and refrigerator cabinets for several days

ok i owuld look at the resevour tank and take a hair drier aand heat up the oiutlet till the water flows again.

very good chance it is the same problem or possibly a leak of refrigerant due to joint failing where compressor is joined to pipework

It is normal for that to be warm but not hot. you need to make sure that the condensor coils under the refrigerator is free of dust. You can get to it by removing the back cover and clean it with a vacume. Also make sure the fan at the compressor is operating. and also clean the fan blades while your there. Doing this and making sure the fan is working should solve your problem. Also in the summer time when its hot and humid the refrigerator has to work longer and harder to keep it cold. so you may notice the front just a little warmer then usual, but it should not be hot that you cant touch it.
