Power I just bought one of these TV's and right after i turn it on, it immediately turns off and will not turn back on again.

sounds like a defective str power regulator ic .......but my advice get a tech to resolder all the pins at the power suppy board area, there may be some open pins that triggers the on and off episodes

Ur tv power supply board is defective.That the board where the a/c power cord go into it.Replaced the power supply board,ur tv will have stable power and work again.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

Sounds power supply board is bad in your TV and most probably replacement of all electrolytic capacitors in power supply board will solve the issue.
Take TV to local TV repair shop for repair.

i have seen this before and it may be the front power button being stuck and when your remote turns it on the stuck button turns it back off again.
