Depending on if you get any error messages at all.. Then do the following. If you get an error message, Post it back here for more specific directions on how to fix this issue.

First, remove all devices attached to the computer except the keyboard, mouse, and monitor.

Then.. Shut the computer down, start it, and press f8 to enter safe mode..

Does the computer randomly shut down in safe mode? If not then your issue is software, and can be fixed without replacing anything.

Well, I started the computer in safe mode, and it shut down automatically after about 10-15 minutes. I tried it again immediately after and entered regular startup. It then shut down without warning or message after about 2 minutes. I did not see any messages in safe mode, except for the normal safe mode descriptions (i.e., some programs and/or hardware may not operate properly in safe mode). Now what? Any suggestions, this is really frustrating because I have everything on this computer.

The WiFi keeps turning itself on. I turn it off and it turns itself back on ..

Why would you turn it off unless you are using another wifi adapter?
Most computers are set up to start the wifi when restarting the computer as default. If you don't want it on, don't restart the computer. I never restart mine, I just put it to sleep. It is dormant until you click something to make it wake. Nothing is working while asleep or hyberated. Perfectly safe, (but turn off the mouse it may wake with vibration of walking across the room).

My monitor it turn on and off itself

Try connecting your monitor to a different computer.
If it still turns on and off, the monitor is failing.
It needs to be replaced.

My pc rurns itself off when inactive

When the computer turns off by itself when not in use for a while, this means you have your "Idle time" set. This idle time is used to to save house power when you forget to turn off the computer. idle time can be set for how long you want the computer to be on when not in use. You can turn idle time off tho, but id have to show you on your computer how to shut it off, but i know idle time is located in the "computer settings" file

This desktop dell vostro turns itself on and off without the button being pushed. sometimes it makes it to windows, and seems to run just fine, then it goes to shutdown by itself... then turns itself back...

Well in the system Bios or setup there are options where you can have the computer turn itself on automatically at a certain time. However, the fact that yours is turning itself on and off seems to indicate that it is either over heating or it is running into an issue when trying to boot and it keeps recycling the boot process. There is an option that you can set that will turn off automatic restart on boot. Turn off the computer and then turn it on and start hitting F8 repeatedly until you see Safe Mode as an option. Scroll down through the options and you will probably see an option that lets you stop automatic restart on boot, and take it if it is there. This will allow you to actually see the error message that is causing your computer to reboot itself.

Computer turns on by itself

Some computers have an option in the BIOS or System Setup Menu to turn the laptop on at a particular time. It's a good feature for people who turn their laptops off at night because the first thing a computer does when you turn it on is to load all the startup software, then begin downloading and installing any updates it might have missed while it was turn off or start running a virus update or scan. That's why computer seem so slow when you first turn them on for about the first 10 to 20 minutes or so. So if I turn my computer off at night and I know my day gets started at 8:00am every morning, then I can set my computer to turn itself on every morning at 7:00am by itself. That way when I go to use it, it's good and fast.

Logitech Z-5300 Turns off and on by itself

Hi...
Im not sure if this will help u but check ur Remote's power botton.
Maybe its stuck?
It happened to me before... Was wondering y it turns itself on/off and found out later that the power botton on remote is stuck.
U should hear the clicking sound everytime u turn it on or off.
Otherwise... something else is wrong with the power switch on ur remote.

Computer turns itself on

if you can get into bios check and see if there is any type of alarm or auto on set up. If not or if its not that big of a deal just use the switch on the back of the power supply at night. Make sure you shut down your computer before switching this. It will definately keep the computer from turning on by itself.

Turns off and on by itself

Ok so its connected to your pc?
check settings on the monitor itself [if you'restill able to do that]
disconnect all your usb devices restart your computer and try again.

Is it in a cold room ? that might be the problem.

Is it in the same powerbar as your computer ?
I'm not sure but if your power outlet where you connect it is simply looped to the rest that are in use [lazy electrician] then it might turn off because a power shortage.

Good luck
