if you have bought the mobile you must have been given the CD.

if they have not given you then please ask them to give one

SOURCE: the hp ipaq 6915 i have just shows the serial,hp

Ciao,bisogna premere le due cornette(telefono verde e rossa)) + on/off e soft reset insieme,poi sul display per 2 secondi appare la scritta CLEAR OK,dopo premi solo le due cornette(telefono verde e rossa) e il softreset insieme per qualche secondo almeno 15 finch? non si avvia per centrare il display.Tutto qui.ciao Dario

If you mean the software to synchronize it with your PC, you can download it directly from MS. Select either ActiveSync (for Windows XP) or WMDC (for Vista and 7). Take a look here.

Syncronizing
All you need is Activesync which can be obtained from this link.. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/downloads/activesync38.mspx and you need OUTLOOK installed and configured. It's important not to cradle the Ipaq until you are told to from Activesync. Try the following before you try to connect again... From your PC .......... with IPAQ cradled click on Start, Control Panel Double-click on System Click on Hardware, then Device Manager Click on '+' to left of Universal Serial Bus Controllers Click on '+' to left of Windows CE USB Devices Right Click on HP USB Sync Select 'Uninstall' Uncradle IPAQ Reboot PC

After loading giving me an HP ProtectTools Key Passphrase Generation Enter a memorable passphrase that will be used to encrypt your data secure. Lenghu minimum is 8 characters, including one punctuation character. For best result, enter a mix of least 30 letters, numbers, and special characters. I do not have a space in which he could enter a code or anything to confirm, just seems to me as if the screen is frozen on that message. The only thing I have in addition t messages dektop is in the upper left corner of the lock, which does not respond if you try to touch it with the stylus. I do not really know why it's come to this and do not know how to get out of the HP protect tools???
