You guys need the cd that came with it. you open it then convert all the files. now can some one copy the cd files and send them to me in [email protected] cuz my friend lost mine

My Philips GoGear SA60XX wont load some compatible media types such as aviation files.
1. Add the media to the media converter
2. It finished conversion
3. transfers the file
4. try to play it and it says the media is not compatible

I have a similar model for multimedia, 4GB, and I can't transfer ANY movies from amazon. The music from amazon does transfer. Where do I go to buy movies or tv shows that are compatible without trying "trial and error" which is expensive?

guys ... my hdd6330 is having similar problem... it wont synch anything it gives a msg of how files cant be converted to required format for the drive .. but i never had that problem b4 ... i didnt recieve any cd with the hdd6330... i have tried everything ie repairing it ... formatting it .... arggg .. im getting frustrated with this stupid player thoe i do like it when it works that is =|
