Could i turn a car audio capacitor sideways and install

Between power and ground wires next to the amplifier.

There is a static that builds on the woofer , check the wiring and check grounding of the woofer once again

It should be turned off with the key. If it continues to stay on it is installed incorrectly to a constant power source.

U will need to install peak power capacitors, this will cure the problem, contact a car stereo shop for more info on this fix and the capacitor kits needed.

Disconnect all speaker connections and rca cables. Leave power, ground and remote wires intact. Try turning on again. If you still have a protection light your amp is faulty. Hopefully you have warranty. Your amp is clipping. Try adding a capa A thumbs up would be greatly appreciated if this answer is helpful to you.

Bad capacitors on the FMT pwb is what is most likely causeing it are the lines going sideways acrooss the screen, yet the menu appears normal.? If so its bad capacitors. You can get the V26 FMT repair kit at the following link which has the replacement capacitors and instructions on how to do the repair. You may also have an issue with the terminal 1 and terminal 2 pwb in that model as virtually every board within the chassis is plauged with Capacitors that fail. Heres the link.

did u properly charge the capacitor before u turned it on if not that could b a problem

hold down alt & ctrl keys and press the up arrow and that should sort it out

Most likely to be an earth, so check all your earth cables including the battery earth, its always a good idea to upgrade your battery earth anyway, It will be better that way anyway
