I have a polaroid flm3232 it doesnt power up, sounds likepower supply.

is there a power supply rebuild kit, i pulled the power supply out and chk for cold solder joints, and so no exterior damage. Do you repair the power supplies, or can you point me in the right direction on component failure on this tv??
