Sometimes it's a button on the bottom, sometimes it's a switch to turn it on. Might also try unplugging the usb adapter or restarting the computer all together.

Testimonial: "Thanks, have it all worked out now."

Try with another set of batteries.
There should be a button on the receiver and mouse to reset the connection. Press the one on the receiver, then the one on the mouse, and they should connect back up.

My jetion wire less mouse does not work after replacing batteries, can u help?

All I can tell you that you should check with a new set of batterie.
If still your wireless mouse refuses to work, consider it lost,
Personally I HATE WIRELESS MICE. Had 3, all of them died prematurely. Lost money!!!

Mouse doesn't always connect

Mouse may be dying or the USB port needs update. If you can borrow a mouse or purchase a news one to test. If you need to update USB driver go online to see how to do that. I would bet IRS just the mouse.

MOUSE WILL NOT WORK

You haven't said what kind of mouse you have or whether it used to work.
I'll offer some suggestions for the most common problems:
If it used to work but now doesn't, try a system restore back to when it did work.
If that doesn't work--are you using a wireless mouse? If so, are the batteries fresh and are they inserted correctly?
If you are using a wireless mouse, have you pushed the little "connect" button on the bottom?
You haven't said, but is the other mouse a wireless one or a USB mouse? If your USB mouse doesn't work, try another USB port. If you go into the device manager, do you see a "human interface device" or a "mouse" listed? If so, it will tell you the system recognizes the device. If that is missing, there is a good chance the mouse is dead.

My logitech cordles mouse m/n M-R0014, p/n810-001882 has stopped working.

Hi,
According to your problem, If you can't access your mouse in your then first check the receiver battery of the mouse is OK. Try to update the external device driver from device manager. You can also try download the device driver from the product website. If it doesn't't help you then replace the mouse.

GE wirless Keyboard & mouse 98552: Worked great, changed mouse batteries, now it won't reconnect. Press the connect button on bottom of mouse... no luck?

You also need to click on the receiver button. After the receiver button is clicked then you would need to click the mouse button located under the mouse. If all of this was done try replacing the batteries again with a new set of batteries. I've seen new batteries not work before that has died while sitting in it's package.

This can happen when the battery's are starting to die. Replace the batteries and then test the device again.

My Mouse died

Did you check the batteries to see if they are good. Some individuals are having to replace the batteries sooner then they should have to. Good place to start. Hope this helps. Bud
