I cant fix the paper jam problem. every time i take the paper jam out it jams again

Unplug the machine. Pull the machine out. Remove all the paper trays. Open all the doors. Remove the Toner. Get a flashlight and look for a small piece of torn paper from a previous jam that was torn when pulled out. Clean the rubber feed rollers with a damp soapy cloth, rinse and leave to dry. Reassemble the machine. Put in new paper from an unopened pack as paper can get damp this time of year. Reconnect power. Try again.

pl. check the machine base where it stay, it should be plain and firm.
Next check the left side door(test it by pushing inside while making copy). check the fixing assembly and paper path, may be toner clogged on its surface.
If your machine covered more than 200000 A4 copies, check the paper path (guide) at registration sensor and delivery guide at fixing unit.
If the paper jam at paper pickup tray, replace the pickup roller set (2nos.)

Since you have not mentioned the page counter and where paper jam occurs, its difficult to assume more.

For some paper jam like this it will be better if you blow air inside your printer and make sure everything is clean and not even a small piece of paper is causing the problem. SO better do check again the inside of the printer and use a flashlight for you to see everything.

That is a repeated uncleared jam in the paper transport. You may have a piece of paper wrapted in the fuser that you cant see, or one of the sensors on the transport between the paper feed and fuser are dirty.
You can try entering doagnostics, you press P * C * or # * C*, that will put the machine in diagnostics. Then press 14, then enter 1 then press enter. That will reset the machine, If the 14 routene doesnt work look for an uncleared jam or clean sensors.

I was able to run run a piece of photo paper through a couple of times and printer now seems to be working again. The theory was that running a heavy piece of paper through might help clear little piece of paper that was not visible. The photo paper is less likely to tear if it gets jammed too.
