When turning on it flashes ck cable. and cables are fine

the bios settings maybe set to boot from network or from usb before Ide or sata and if it can not boot from there is reports a boot failure,, usually only stating failure or cable disconnected and goes on the the next boot device,
in windows if you have it set to enable network or log on to network at boot, it will attempt to log on the the network or all networks, if you are not connected to a network through a Ethernet cable it will give you a failure message saying cable damaged or disconnected and look for networks on other devices including wireless

The system is not finding any bootable media (Hard Drive) and is attempting to boot via the network card (PXE Boot) the error message is saying that there is not PXE network to boot from and it is exiting the process.
Generally, this is caused by a hard Drive failure. Reseat the drive and or drive connections and see if the system will find the hard drive.

I have by cannon 6570i moddel ihave continew error {chek the network conection chek the tcp ip the defalt key is curruptedor invelid}

1) Select the following service mode COPIER>TEST>NETWORK>PING, and select PING.
2) Enter the IP addressof your PC using the numeric keys on the control panel, and press OK.
3) Press the start key.
- OK is displayed if Ping succeeds, but NG is displayed if it ends in failure.

Perform this procedure only when connecting the machine to networks.
If the machine fails to be connected to networks, any of the following causes is probable.
a. Connection failure between networks and the machine
b. TCP/IP setting failure of the machine
c. User network failure
d. Main controller PCB failure
The detailed check methods are as follows.

Checking with Loopback Address
you can check whether TCP/IP settings of
the machine are appropriate by executing Ping with this address.
1) Enter the loopback address (127.0.0.1) in PING.
- If NG is displayed, check TCP/IP settings of the machine again, and re-execute Ping.
- If OK is displayed, perform the next check.
Checking with Local Host Address
The local host address is the IP address of the machine. Since the local host address returns in response to the network controller by executing Ping with the address, you can check whether the network controller (main controller PCB) is in a normal condition.
1) Enter the IP address of the machine in PING.
If NG is displayed, take the following actions, and re-execute Ping.
- IP address error of the machine: Check to see again if the IP address settings of the machine are appropriate. Ask the system administrator whether the allocated IP address is valid.
- Failure in the main controller PCB: Replace the main controller PCB
If OK is displayed, a cause may be user's network environment. Inform the system administrator of the current situation, and ask for measures.

What Is Network Failure

A network which contains many network components of both hardware and software can incur failures due to one (or even multiple) of its contained components incurs a failure. Ranging from the largest to the smallest and from hardware to software, network failures can be divided into the following categories:

  • Control plane failure:this type of failure is mainly related to software, i.e., network control plane software. For example, in a GMPLS-based network which is made up of a control plane and data plane, the control plane failure would lose the control of the data plane, which means that we cannot establish new service connections, or terminate or modify an existing service connections within the data plane, even though the existing connections can still perform normally to carry user's data. In other type of networks such as IP networks, the control plane failure can be even more serious. For example, the pollution of IP lookup tables at some routers would cause all the IP traffic on these nodes difficult to be forwarded. Similar stories occur for viruses attacking IP routers. They disable the IP networks through disabling IP network control plane.
  • Subnetwork failure: this is a type failure occurred with a regional subnetwork that commonly shares a risk, e.g., a region that has high occurring frequency of earthquake. In addition, some large disasters such as flooding, tsunami, etc. can also disable a regional subnetwork.
  • Node failure: this is a type of failure occurred with a single network node. The reasons for this kind of failure include accidents or disasters at a network operational center, such as power shutdown due to fire, flooding, etc.
  • Network card failure: network card failure is a type of failure under the umbrella of the node failure type. Rather than the shutdown of the whole switch node, sometimes a failure can occur only with a network interface card. For example, the failures or faults such as a laser outage, fault of a circuit board, or software bugs, etc. can also contribute to a network card failure.
  • Link failure: link failure in general is the most common network failure that occurs due to fiber cut.
  • SRLG failure: SRLG failure is a generic concept to define all types of network failures whenever a common SRLG incurs a failure. Here a SRLG can be a fiber link, node, subnetwork, or control plane, etc.
  • Single failure and multiple failures: in general network failure implies a single network failure because network failure normally seldom occurs. However, under some situations, there can be more than failure occurring with a network. This kind of situation is called multiple failure, example, dual failures and triple failures. For a network, planning for full recovery of multiple failures generally requires much high protection capacity than that of purely for a single failure.

When turning my laptop on i get a message media test failure

You see this message when the laptop trying to boot from a remote server using the network card. If you didn’t see the PXE-E61 message before, it means that the network card was listed after the hard drive in the boot order (you can set the order in BIOS) and the laptop booted directly from the hard drive. Now, when the hard drive has failed, the laptop cannot detect it and tries to boot from the next available device – the network card. Your laptop is not configured to boot from a remote server using the network card, that’s why you are getting PXE-E61 Media test failure error. You have to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
