the only thing that you can do with this issue is try wiping the software clean and reinstalling fresh software. You would need the blackberry desktop manager first installed on your home computer. If you dont have the cd the program is more then likely available on your mobile providers website. Once the program is downloaded and installed follow these directions
To perform this procedure, follow the steps below:
- Remove the battery from the BlackBerry device.
- Double-click Application Loader in BlackBerry Desktop Manager while the BlackBerry device is not connected to the computer.
- Click Next on the Welcome to the Application Loader Wizard screen.
- When the Communication Port Selection screen appears, connect the BlackBerry device.
- When the USB-PIN option appears, click Next. The Device Application Selection screen should appear.
- Re-insert the battery and allow the process to complete.
