Dear enel_rahc91 The problem might be that you might not have proper message center number.if you don have proper message center number then msg's cant be sent.or other problem might be with your service provider.The message center number varies for different network.so call to customer care of your network and ask for message center number. Hi.... Go to message settings, and check whether the settings are correct or not (message centre no, sent as, validity etc..), if you dont know the mesaage settings, contact your service provider ( the connection which you have taken), they wil give you the settings.. Hope this will help you.
I think the memory of the phone is full, try to delete som videos, or pictures.
