SOURCE: drain line obstructed Fujitsu split unit aircon model ASA12ASHTW

The best way to clear the drain line is by using a shop vac and sucking out the blockage and the water. This will make sure all the goop in there comes out. Let me know if you need anything else.

SOURCE: We have a Fujitsu Halcyon

Hi, first of all, you can get a replacement filter by contacting Fujitsu on (973) 575-0381, (866) 952-8324 toll free and you will be told the nearest Place around you where you can get it from.

Secondly, your AC not cooling might be as a result of a clogged filter, which is not pulling good air flow. If that is not the problem, it could be that the refrigerant is low, coils could be dirty, or a thermostat problem.

But i think the red light signifies that you need a new filter..

Take care

Removal of cover from ASTA09LCC fujitsu air con

First remove the filter cover by lifting it up then sliding down the retaining tabs on each side next to the hinges. Next pull out the filters. Then remove the screws from the front panel remembering that there is one screw behind the terminal cover. Then you need to use a flat blade screwdriver to lift the three clips holding the top rear of the cover to the rest of the casing at the left, middle and right (see photo) then pull the cover forward. I'm not certain but from memory, you might have to unhook the head unit from the bottom of the backing plate for this to come off. Be careful you don't break the cover while doing this. You may need to get a ladder to see the top clips.

Where is the cabin air filter located on an 07 Hyundai Tiburon?

The cabin filter is located behind the glove box.

Remove the three screws along the bottom edge of the glove box door.

Open the glove box door and remove the three screws along the top edge just inside where the door closes.

Pull the glove box assembly out and you will see the cabin filter cover behind it. It is a (approx.) 1.5"x10" plastic plate that snaps out.

Remove the cabin filter cover and slide the old filter out, noting the orientation. Install the new filter in the same orientation then reassemble the vehicle.
